So yeah, aside from my traditional inks, markers and pen. I just bought my new Wacom Intuos Art Small for a start.
Below is my first digital art using the tablet.
Yes, I think I have around 5 digital art before way back in College. The sad thing is I stopped drawing and doing artworks when I graduated and started focusing on my career. I became a programmer, a developer and my current job a designer for mobile apps and websites. I also design logos, graphics and prints.
It's just last year, the month of October, the first time I have seen and joined the Inktober, get's me fired up again doing artworks. Because of a life-changing event that I have experienced last year that got me thinking that this is my passion and this what makes me alive ever since I was a little kid.
And oh, my mother found these stuffs on our storage room.
My sketchbooks and my art materials. This piece was way back in my first years of secondary school or last year of my elementary. I don't know my memories are all jumbled up.
And ever since I love creatures especially from myths.
Oh yah, and since last year I promised to myself that I'm gonna live my dream in becoming a great artist just like one of my idols and inspirations,
Artgerm
Yes, that is me! Selfie with Artgerm! This is from
Graphika Manila 2017, a conference for all creatives.
Artgerm was one of the 12 speakers and Artgerm's talk was very informative and inspirational. He shared his experiences and taught us what we needed to do in detail. It was the first time that I have attended the event and really was eager to go because Artgerm is their. And it was the best conference that I have ever attended.
To sum it all up, I never gonna let go of my passion in arts. It is never too late to improve my skills.
